Women – our society counts on them and is built on them.
Everyday life only functions because of mothers, daughters, daughters-in-law, wives and partners, colleagues. Because of the women who care for children and the elderly. And because of the many full-time – but especially part-time – employees who give everything at work.
And how is this rewarded later in life? Too often with lower or no pensions of their own, financial insecurity, and dependence on others.
We say WOMENT! Because it doesn’t have to be this way.
